Terms of Service

VTuber Space Console is an independent readiness and deployment workflow for teams using Open-LLM-VTuber. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by the upstream project unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.

Service scope

The service provides readiness checks, configuration guidance, receipts, exports, and hosted checkout paths. It does not guarantee that every third-party model, API, Live2D asset, operating system, network, or payment provider will be available at all times.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for lawful use, third-party licenses, Live2D and voice asset rights, safe network exposure, credential handling, and compliance with the terms of any upstream or third-party service you connect.

Payments and refunds

Paid access is processed through Polar hosted checkout where configured. Because digital receipts and deployment outputs may be delivered immediately, refunds are handled case by case at our discretion unless required by law.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service period.
