These terms describe the limits and responsibilities for using Open LLM VTuber, checkout, hosted workspace setup, and support.
Acceptance and scope
By using the site, public preview, checkout, or hosted setup, you agree to these terms. Open LLM VTuber provides software, setup support, and managed workspace services for AI character streaming workflows.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for the prompts, avatar assets, voice assets, channel permissions, provider accounts, credentials, stream content, and legal rights you provide or authorize.
AI and streaming output
AI-generated responses, voice output, persona behavior, and scene suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate, unsafe, unavailable, or unsuitable. Human review is required before relying on output in a live stream.
Payments and refunds
Checkout is processed by NOWPayments in a hosted payment window. Unless required by law or a separate written agreement, purchases are final after work begins or access is provisioned.
No warranties
The service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, audience growth, platform approval, model availability, revenue, ranking, or compliance outcomes.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the greater of 100 USD or the amount paid for Open LLM VTuber in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
