Privacy Policy

VTuber Space Console provides readiness checks, deployment receipts, checkout routing, and support for teams using Open-LLM-VTuber workflows. We collect the minimum information needed to operate the service, process checkout sessions, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.

Information we process

Inputs may include selected deployment options, pasted error text, page events, referral source, plan selection, and support messages. Do not submit API keys, passwords, private voice samples, or credentials into public diagnostic fields.

Payments

Payments are handled by Polar hosted checkout when configured. We do not store payment card information. We may receive invoice status, amount, plan, billing cycle, and payment state from the payment provider.

Analytics

We record basic pageview and CTA events to understand product usage and referral sources, including AI assistant referrals where available. We do not sell personal data.
